Injection molding is the most common method of manufacturing plastic parts.

Hot molten plastic is forced or injected under high pressure between a mold cavity and core.  After the plastic cools and solidifies, the core moves away as the mold halves open and the part is ejected.

We have injection molding available to satisfy your part requirements produced by machines ranging from 28 to 650 ton.

In some situations, it may be more cost effective to join or insert an injection molded component to a blow molded part.  This can easily be accomplished in our assembly department, or occasionally, in the blow molding process itself.
