Paarlo defines quality as continually increasing customer satisfaction, continually realizing customer requirements and continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system. These fundamental elements of quality are achieved through the efforts of all Paarlo employees.
By working closely with our customers, the critical characteristics for each product are identified. Pre-Production planning is then implemented. Written instructions, including process control plans, product quality sheets, packaging instructions, are developed for each product to effectively communicate our customers’ specifications to our associates.
Quality Control Inspectors on each shift on the floor and within our lab facilities carry out inspection to ensure required specifications are met.
