Injection Molding - Paarlo Plastics, Inc.

Injection molding is the most common method of manufacturing plastic parts.

Hot molten plastic is forced or injected under high pressure between a mold cavity and core.  After the plastic cools and solidifies, the core moves away as the mold halves open and the part is ejected.

We have injection molding capabilities through partnering organizations for your assemblies that require both Blow Molded and Injection Molded components in machines ranging from 28 to 1100 ton.

In some situations, it may be more cost effective to join or insert an injection molded component to a blow molded part.  This can easily be accomplished in our assembly department, or occasionally, in the blow molding process itself.
